This historically has ensured that the shakers were never run at their optimum capacity and thus the solids control system efficiency was adversely affected. Incorporating the Hi G dryer down steam allows the shakers to be run close to maximum capacity without the concern of whole mud losses.

KOSUN Hi-G Dryer is used to recover cuttings from water-based or oil-based drilling fluids so as to lower the hydraulic proportion than 10% and significantly reduce the cost on waste discharge. It is proved to be particularly effective in recovering the oil-based mud cuttings.Drying Shaker is a kind of shale shaker which is mainly used for drying drilled solids , and the feeder is a little different from normal shale shaker.
